Return Policy

I understand that choosing the perfect artwork can be a challenging decision, so take your time to make the best selection. I don't typically accept returns, but if you have any issues with your order, I'm always here to help you find a solution that meets your needs.

In the rare event that you notice severe damage to the package's outside, please don't sign for the delivery and contact me immediately. To avoid damaging your edition accidentally, especially if it's unframed, I recommend leaving all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. If you observe damage upon unpacking your edition, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork, including digital images.

If I find the edition damaged in transit, I will do my best to replace it. If I can't replace it, I will arrange a refund when I receive the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

I handle all returns on a case-by-case basis, and in most cases, I do not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days and are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please send me detailed photos of the package and damage so I can start the insurance claim process.

Please notify me of any damage within 1 week of receiving the item, or the return/refund will not be possible. I want to make your experience smooth and stress-free, so I offer full shipping insurance with every purchase. However, I cannot be held responsible for any customs fees, additional charges, or taxes that may apply to your order once it has left my hands.
